What is the cost of enlisting my products ?

Enlisting is free, we do not charge you when you enlist your products.

I am having issues with uploading my products, how do i get help ?

How do i know when an order is made on my product ?

You will be instantly notified when an order is placed on your product, it is automated.

Why was my product not displayed after i enlisted it ?

Once you enlist a product, it goes through a review process before it is published, you will be contacted if your product does not meet our requirements.

I do not offer home delivery, can i still enlist my product ?

We do not accept merchants who can not deliver their products to the buyer due to our mode of operation, however we will inform you when delivery support is available.

Why is my product no longer available on the store ?

We give buyers the opportunity to review each merchant they have patronized, if their are reports of delay in delivery or general bad reviews concerning the product or merchant. Such merchants will be blacklisted immediately.
